Pros
I came to CFG about 3 years ago and will probably never leave based on how I have been treated compared to previous companies. Prior to working at CFG I worked for New York Life Insurance Company and JPMorgan Chase where you are just a number. At JPMC I was a top performer but was never recognized for my contributions. At JPMC I went for a promotion which they denied and then offered me 1 week after I put in my 2 weeks. I have worked in multiple departments at CFG and they make you feel valued. They support career growth opportunities and help you get to where you want to go. CFG pays well and recognizes their employess for the contributions that they make. This year I was recognized in the top 1% of CFG colleagues and have been constantly recognized since starting here which is why I will stay for years to come.
Cons
The systems are a little older but there is always room for improvement in regards to technology and systems. The tech is on point in regard to client interface which is what really matters!
