Cons

My experience with this company has been overwhelmingly negative due to several factors that make it a stressful and unsustainable workplace. First and foremost, the company imposes unrealistic quotas that are virtually impossible to achieve. Management fully expects you to meet or surpass these unattainable numbers, and if you fail to do so, they don’t hesitate to lay people off. This pressure creates an environment where employees feel forced to resort to stats padding just to hit the targets. Shockingly, management is well aware of this unethical behavior and turns a blind eye as long as the quota is met. Another glaring issue is that when problems arise—whether due to process flaws or the unrealistic demands—management quickly places the blame on the agents. They refuse to take accountability or address the root causes, choosing instead to "wash their hands" of any responsibility. Even worse, management refuses to listen to feedback, particularly requests to lower quotas. Despite numerous complaints, they continue to maintain their toxic and micromanaging approach, making the work environment unbearable. Overall, the company prioritizes numbers over the well-being of its employees, fostering an environment of fear and manipulation. If you are considering working here, be prepared for an unhealthy level of micromanagement, lack of support, and unrealistic expectations that will leave you feeling undervalued and expendable.

Pros

Great team members, love the remote working environment, and recognition for hard work is common. The company is doing very well managing through the tough economic environment even though difficult decisions are being made to adjust to the marketfluctuations.

Cons

Can be difficult to stay connected with remote work and some leaders are better at it than others. More consistent communications from the top would be ideal.

Pros

Remote work, good people, unlimited time off if you are able to use it.

Cons

Little recognition for people who put in long hours and want the company to succeed. 2% annual raises don't offset cost of living increases.
