Cisive interview questions

I had a brief phone interview with the recruiter, who scheduled a video interview with the hiring manager at the end of our call. During the scheduled time for the video interview, I waited for 30 minutes, but the hiring manager never showed up and the recruiter ghosted me afterward. I understand that hiring needs sometimes change, but if that were the case, they should've canceled the interview beforehand.
