      Pros

      Your job is not secure!! They fired one of the top guys Mr. Carpenter !! The company is sinking fast, they do not care about their employees !! The owners are send jobs to India and getting rid of us agents to cut cost!! I can GUARANTEE YOU THAT the owners are not taking pay cuts !!

      Company is tanking !! Find something else to do before you work here !!!

      Pros

      Great team members, love the remote working environment, and recognition for hard work is common. The company is doing very well managing through the tough economic environment even though difficult decisions are being made to adjust to the marketfluctuations.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to stay connected with remote work and some leaders are better at it than others. More consistent communications from the top would be ideal.

      Remote work, good people, unlimited time off if you are able to use it.

      Cons

      Little recognition for people who put in long hours and want the company to succeed. 2% annual raises don't offset cost of living increases.
