      Pros

      Excellent place to work. Wonderful people who truly are trying to make happy customers. Colleagues become friends. Good pay and competitive benefits.

      Cons

      401k takes 5 years to vest matching contribution. Growing pains but is a good opportunity to build great teams and make a difference. PTO is limited and could be more competitive with the industry.

      Pros

      Great team members, love the remote working environment, and recognition for hard work is common. The company is doing very well managing through the tough economic environment even though difficult decisions are being made to adjust to the marketfluctuations.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to stay connected with remote work and some leaders are better at it than others. More consistent communications from the top would be ideal.

      Remote work, good people, unlimited time off if you are able to use it.

      Cons

      Little recognition for people who put in long hours and want the company to succeed. 2% annual raises don't offset cost of living increases.
