      Pros

      Company has good values, the way things were handled with COVID was perfect and I love the frequent updates from our CEO, Jim. I learned more about the pandemic from Cisive Town Halls than from any other source. I also feel like management cares about us with their decisions to open up very slowly while most of us continue to work from home.

      Cons

      Maybe less meetings? I spend too much time in meetings and would rather write code!

      Pros

      Great team members, love the remote working environment, and recognition for hard work is common. The company is doing very well managing through the tough economic environment even though difficult decisions are being made to adjust to the marketfluctuations.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to stay connected with remote work and some leaders are better at it than others. More consistent communications from the top would be ideal.

      Remote work, good people, unlimited time off if you are able to use it.

      Cons

      Little recognition for people who put in long hours and want the company to succeed. 2% annual raises don't offset cost of living increases.
