      Pros

      Great company to work for that expects hard work, but also acknowledges extra effort and gives out rewards and awards. They keep everyone in the loop on all of the exciting things going on and it's great to be working for a company that's growing, not like my last job. Very happy here so far, one year in and looking forward to many more!

      Cons

      The commute from out East can be long because of rush hour. Sometimes the work is intense, but it makes it worthwhile.

      Pros

      Great team members, love the remote working environment, and recognition for hard work is common. The company is doing very well managing through the tough economic environment even though difficult decisions are being made to adjust to the marketfluctuations.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to stay connected with remote work and some leaders are better at it than others. More consistent communications from the top would be ideal.

      Pros

      Remote work, good people, unlimited time off if you are able to use it.

      Cons

      Little recognition for people who put in long hours and want the company to succeed. 2% annual raises don't offset cost of living increases.
