      Pros

      Company filled with people having entrepreneurial spirit! People are passionate about the company and provide the best service to its customers. Compared to others, benefit plan is rich and company pays 100% for individual employee coverage. Rewards self-thinking and hard work. Currently in an expansion phase.

      Cons

      Not a company for the "lazy-man/woman" or someone in need of lots of encouragement. Execs are always running, lots of meetings.

      Pros

      Great team members, love the remote working environment, and recognition for hard work is common. The company is doing very well managing through the tough economic environment even though difficult decisions are being made to adjust to the marketfluctuations.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to stay connected with remote work and some leaders are better at it than others. More consistent communications from the top would be ideal.

      Remote work, good people, unlimited time off if you are able to use it.

      Cons

      Little recognition for people who put in long hours and want the company to succeed. 2% annual raises don't offset cost of living increases.
