I was, by admission of my direct manager who was the GM of the location, underpaid from the beginning, but after he knew I heard him say this to multiple other managers, still refused to give me a market rate raise… I was attacked randomly in the parking lot and they refused to offer me any type of protection coming into the building from my car stating that that would imply “preferential treatment”… I was sexually harassed and it was repeatedly swept under the rug, and I watched as multiple people quit because of this same person until I couldn’t afford to look for another job for any length of time and refused to be ignored after the others were yet again… I was made to suffer at the hands of an alcoholic boss, all while they took all of the credit for my work
