Pros

• Offer prizes, raffles, food/beverages, incentives to come to work on time • There is no hovering, as long as you meet quotas it doesn’t matter when or how

Cons

• Offer very limited PTO/Sick leave, I think I got about 5 days for almost an entire year • Strict on dress code, have been coded at least 2-3 times even though we do not interact with clients • WFH days are treated as a gift, when I personally believe they should be the norm as our job is solely computer based. • Feel as though when we do talk aloud to coworkers it is discouraged • Unpaid Vacation request was denied with 5 months notice, was told this company just doesn’t do anything like that • Automatic enrollment into 401K- not everyone wants to enroll or contribute the amount that Cintas designates for you • Had to do 3 interviews for their hiring process, which is ridiculous for how low the pay is

Pros

Interview process was night and day compared to prior location I had interviewed with. Great benefits, solid support, and an awesome culture. Leadership leads by example, setting the tone from the top (GM). Can't speak for other location, but I was fortunate to land at one of the best. No micromanagement! Professionalism and integrity are a must. Constant promotions.

Cons

No real downsides except for the Florida heat, with only a bit of corporate politics but nothing too crazy.

Pros

The Commission is great. You can make good money in this place.

Cons

While the pay is good, the culture here is not. It is incredibly restrictive. It is very much a “Do what I want you to do, how I want you to do it, and when I want you to do it” management style. They constantly remind you of how much money you can make there which gets annoying after a while. The service team and the sales team are constantly at odds. Not just Cintas, but the industry in general is very sleazy, much like a car dealership. They screw over their smaller customers with enormous year over year price increases. I know a particular salesperson who is having a lot of success their who has no problem lying to his customers, and never answering their calls when the problems come. As long as he keeps the deals coming Cintas does not care. Corporate greed is on full display at Cintas. The Management Development program for college graduates seems like a great opportunity. If you are a young college graduate and you get the opportunity, I would recommend that.
