Company is handling the pandemic horribly- everyone still working full time in office when they could easily work from home given the resources to. Current policy is that if you get Covid you must stay home and quarantine for 14 days with no pay or use up all your pto. This has encouraged many people to end up coming into work even if they have symptoms and our office has had well over 15 cases now but nothing has changed. Total lack of direction from management towards trainees and spent several hours each day sitting around doing nothing during my first few months. Feels more like a terrible internship than management program. Company is extremely outdated both in culture and technology and doesn’t seem to have any competitive advantage other than their size. For how much they claim to be “family- oriented” they really don’t seem to care much about their employees.
