Pros
Good benefits, they are more expensive than fortune 100 companies I have worked for in the past. I like having 3 days off. They allow for time off for person issues.
Cons
The workweek is classified as a 4x10, it usually ends up being a 4x12 or more. The position is commission so the overtime calculation is very suspect. There is no tuition assistance, and since it is nearly impossible to advance without a degree your pretty much stuck. Positions to promote to are limited. The job experience depends on how good your route is. The company wants you to sell products on route while your route is overloaded with stops, there is no time to sell anything. Nearly Service Sales Rep is overworked.
