Where do I begin....I've only been here a few months, and I'm already looking to leave. Management is racist and very untrustworthy. You even find reverse racism at many of their locations. The culture is probably the worst I've ever seen in my career. Supervisors throw management under the bus in order to get promoted, they throw employees under the bus in order to not be accountable. The hours are much longer. Then they try to get over on the DOL and make hourly work, salary so that the company doesn't have to pay Overtime. If DOL ever came in to audit, the company would probably be shut down. And if there was every a class action suit, they would probably close it's doors as well. I see how they do African American men there, it's almost an institutionalized mentality. It's sad, and I don't to be a part of any company like this. Even though, it's only been a few months, I'm leaving as soon as I find another job. Cintas should be a SHAME of themselves, espcially the Allen, TX branch.
