Pros
Solid initial training program. Monthly auto stipend and gas card for all sales reps. Flexibility to build own schedule on field days.
Cons
Job expectations far outweigh potential opportunities. Poor leadership. Review of compensation potential during interview process is not close to the reality of the position. My location is way overstaffed in the sales department in a territory that is already heavily saturated with Cintas customers. Huge disconnect between sales and service, with a lack of accountability to fix issues in a timely fashion. We are not rewarded for our achievements at my location, creating a toxic environment.
