Pros
The pros i will talk about are from the position, not from the company. Its a great position, you get to have a different job site everyday. You see things in the area you live and inside buildings you would have never seen before. You get to work outside, and not at a desk.
Cons
This company is just another "fake it till you make it" organization. They're salary from worker to worker makes zero sense, they hire and pay out of need, not out of experience and talent. They have zero training, or close to it. They expect all training to come from senior technicians, but sometimes the senior technicians were trained by people that didn't know what they were doing. There is alot of drama in the office, and their policies are illegal regarding drive time. Their technology is way behind the curve, and puts alot of pressure on the tech to finish all required tasks in an 8 hour day. Work life balance is very poor. Very unorganized business practices from the top down... its all numbers and has nothing to do with the fire industry. Just a bunch of office workers talking about stuff they do not know about.
