* Culture (There are great upsides, but also leave a lot of room for abuse) * No innovation or creativity allowed at local levels "Here's the playbook, now run it" * Safety initiatives will drive managers away because they have created a "Zero Defect" environment * GMs encouraged to do things that don't impact the top or bottom line, but look good in the peer group and win kudos from RBDs (Regional Business Directors)
