Pros
It's another great company to have on your resume, they have great notariaty and are a good work ethic standard! The Blue collar Guys and Gals delivering the uniforms mats and towels are a great group of people!
Cons
Upper level Management was devious and manipulative, Location philosophy was "Take care of Cintas now and they will take care of you in the future" . I moved up the ladder from a Sales Service Rep. to a Sales Trainer. so I bought into the philosophy for a little while untill I saw what really was happing at the location behind close doors. The desire to have Family Men and Women work at the location wasn't for the atmosphere as much as it was for entrapment. They bring new meaning to getting blood from a stone. I was put in harms way a number of times while picking up and delivering materials to clients due to the lack of communication and ethics of sales manangement. 5am Meetings 3 days a week and your expected to stay till the last bell tolls. I saw my Wife and kids less than any other job I had, and say good by social life!
