Pros
There are lots of opportunities to move into other positions. Communicate with Management regarding your goals. Very physical job, so be prepared. Company is very supportive at the local level. They will work with you to help you meet your goals. National company footprint enables you to move to other locations; positions. Creating leads for sales, business development and other divisions offers nice payouts. Cintas does have excellent profit sharing and 401k matching.
Cons
At the Corp level you are just a number. Micromanaged at all levels. Commissions were drastically cut two years ago. Working harder for the same amount of money. Many products offer so little commission but the tag line is "these sales help you hit your goals" but your not getting paid for the work. Getting harder every year to hit your goals because of higher quotas, Customers cutting back on product or cancelling due to high invoices also creates hardships. These numbers stay in your quota.
