Pros
Work/Life Balance, lots of autonomy in regard to your route and how you work each day, pay isn’t terrible, but definitely could be better. Able to learn new things in your role, but only if you put in the work.
Cons
The constant pressure from corporate and internal management constantly changing metrics puts immense pressure on service reps to meet unrealistic targets, leading some to engage in unethical behavior like "stuffing cabinets" to falsely inflate numbers. This creates a toxic environment where real growth is overlooked in favor of deceptive practices, making it hard to maintain integrity in the role. Management can often feel superficial.
