Pros

Staff seem to be helpful and supportive/welcoming. Just dont ask for help everyone will shut you down.

Cons

From IT support who seem to neglect the SLAs in place .....or is it that there is no SLA in place which explains the lack of service. Finance department being very rude, not acknowledging staff needs with assistance and mocking people and thats if your lucky enough to get a response most the time your ignored. The domiciliary care staff and managers are helpful and attentive but I guess that goes inline with there jobs as nurture providers.

Pros

Enjoy the small community feel and variety of work I encounter.

Cons

low pay and when calling in sick are required to use vacation pay for the first day then sick pay thereafter, so if you (or your kids) are sick a few times a year you won't get a vacation.

Thank you for this review but I don't think it is for us - we are based in Maidstone (UK) and we don't have any Lab Assistants or hospitals.
