Pros

I enjoyed the job and built really good relationships with the people I suppported.

Cons

I ended up whistle blowing as bringing safeguarding issues to management was ignored. No support and a culture of bullying . no care or concern for the people we supported. Racist issues also ignored and definitely not a culture of inclusion. Expected to work overtime , very poor work life balance.
