      Pay and experience, encourages you to work beyond your limits, allows salaried employees to work all the overtime they want.

      Cons

      Management. Ethics, work/life balance, inclusion, culture are all talking points. Look at the management turnover and there is an obvious problem. HR is the worst I've ever seen, almost a comedy routine- you are either in the click or not.
