Pros
Good salary if you're straight out of school (just don't expect it to go up). DuPont looks good on a resume.
Cons
The company is not doing well financially and that impacts everything. Very negative environment with a toxic culture. Incapable of moving at the speed it will have to move in order to survive post-spinoff. Aging workforce that has not been replaced, and is taking its technical advantage with it as it retires.
