Pros
It is a sales job. So the more people you see the more opportunities you have to sell, and make commission. Getting licensed is well worth it, but being a banker at Chase is essentially an entry-level position.
Cons
Somewhat long hours, management doesn't let you be. If you decide to be a banker at chase, make sure you are ready to spend half of your time explaining your actions to management, and pushing something different every month.
