      Excellent focus on work life balance of employees, Managers are always focused on upskilling, motivating their team members, to achieve best out of them Hikes are also really good Always use latest tech stack

      They are loosing great people, due to current market trend w.r.t to salary hikes

      Pros

      Chase pays you?(not well). They'll move you for 'growth'.

      Cons

      Don't take the bait, it's not worth your time if you have a college degree. If you have a disability, they will not be willing to accommodate it. Learn how to be fake in personality, then you will be able to succeed here, otherwise look for a growing sector.
