Pros
Large growing company, not firing, but hiring. Lots of resources available, plenty of training, and great benefits. This company is a large contributor to this country in all the programs they offer and the strongest bank now and foresee in the future.
Cons
So large, you sometimes feel very small and no worth. There is very little balance for family life. The truth of the matter is you feel your doing something wrong if you decide to take days off or vacation.
