If you can sell in a good market, you can make bonuses
Cons
They love to show how profitable they are but you will never get a raise... Not even if you take on a higher position or more responsibilities in the branch. They say one thing but expect you to do another. Systems are getting old and are extremely slow. The only products that make sense for customers don't count towards bonuses. Extremely high deductables on health insurance. Constantly changing the rules on everything so you will always look dumb in front of customers because you have to constantly look up procedures or get a hit for doing something wrong and then have to call the customer back to correct it. Many more cons, but too many to continue to list.
