      Industry leader, great commission structure which equals to great pay

      Cons

      Constantly being worried about achieving goals of opening checking accounts. But Chase is a great bank and the people literally walk in to open accounts with out you having to go out and looking for bussiness.

      pays ok, and almost has all kinds of holiday off, personal leave

      Cons

      working experience really depends on the branch manager. some manager like to make his own little crow.
