Anything positive gets neutralised by incompetent decision making of State street.
Cons
1) No autonomy, everything is subject to SS policies. 2) Bully culture and blame passing rampant for which Statestreet is quite known in industry. 3) Upper management takes decisions which keeps teams fighting among themselves and nobody questions the incompetence of higher management.
