Failing Company, Avoid if Possible - Software Engineer Changeis Employee Review

I’ve had a great experience working here, largely due to the genuinely warm and supportive culture. My manager has been amazing, treating me like a person first and foremost and showing real care for my well-being and development. Urvashi and Varun, the owners, foster this environment by being approachable and truly interested in helping everyone grow. They support professional growth and even assist with courses if needed. Overall, it's a great place where you will feel valued both as an employee and an individual.
