Changeis interview questions

There were four interviews in total: First was with HR; Second was with Managers; Third was with Team Members; Fourth was with the Manager to ask any questions I had.

Terrible Recruiting/Human Resources process. I had an interview with HR. They day before my interview (close to 5 pm), they tell me they’ve decided to cancel. I had a phone interview with HR a day a go where I was told I was being advanced to the next round. HR asked for writing samples. Specifically, I asked what type of samples were needed. I was told “any.” Then, I am told the team didn’t like my samples and decided not to move forward. I have worked in communications for 10+ years and teach a content course at the college level. This is so unprofessional. Change your process and look at samples before inviting someone to the second round. Do not lead candidates on and then pull out the rug out from under them. I dodged a bullet, but still shocked.
