with too little work and too much drama , you can work for long time. hard work is not highly valued but your adaptation to the company culture.
Cons
"Company benefits from its mystery" is the motto. There is a truth in that because it is terribly mismanaged to the level of ignorance. If it is known publicly, brand would lose its stand in great amount. Managers are so insufficient and still goes away with this. Gossiping and lobbying is part of the culture. If you are not French, you don't stand much of a chance of going upwards in the career ladder. Paris management's disdain for other entities and for big players in the arena lead o blindness.
