Work life balance is terrible, the job is physically exhausting (there is no runner) and emotionally exhausting. The management promoted double standards, did mobbing, allowed bullying carried on by two members of the team, and promoted excluding certain employees putting all the blame on them making up excuses. No growth opportunities
