- gifts from training and new product drops - training on chanel app - uniform provided - possibility of working extra hours and days. - better than loreal luxe and a lot of other luxury retail brands.
Cons
- expected to work extra hours and days. - expect you to work unless your legs are broken - management only care about profit and the business - you're replaceable no matter how long you've been with them - no extra pay for staying behind to finish reports etc - low pay with minimal commission (if you work yourself to death and fight sales with your team)
