      Pros

      It was fabulous to work for the House of Chanel. Beautiful quality product assortment. Opportunity for growth within the company. We were on the cutting edge of fashion and it was a recognizable name.

      Cons

      Hourly commissioned employees made a lot more money than management. Average 75-100k.
