Great name on your resume. Staff benefit is ok (except annual leave is very little). salary is slightly better than industry average

Too many politics, lower than inflation annual adjustment, low transparency, low/no synergy between departments, no procedure to follow, very high turnover rate which management doesnt care, low promotion potential and no career planning with staff and promotion is heavily weighted on your relationship with the top management rather than your ability,
