      Pros

      Benefits, employee caring, good working environment. Reasonable pay and good internal communication on new products/ policies. Great employee engagement and communication chanel for staff to voice out.

      Cons

      Lack planning for People growth, human resources. Some projects are done for the sake of it and we don’t really improve anything.
