      flexible working hours, work remotely

      Cons

      - curriculum need to be revised. kids are not learning, copying codes from pdf - lessons are repetitive and unnecessarily long each course takes around 5 months (20-22 lessons) and each lesson is $40. - 4 kids in a class. disruptive, kids are not learning. feels like they are a company that focus more on profits than kids enrichment - low pay, tutors are paid $20 regardless of how many kids are in a lesson.

      None that I can think of, was one of my best working experiences that taught me a lot and I would have loved to continued but I had other opportunities to pursue

      - Work from home - Schedule is flexible - Hands off, if you are making them money they won't bother you

      Cons

      - Company is only into profits, profits and more profits, education is secondary; Parents are chased and reminded constantly to pay their fees - Students can regularly skip multiple lessons and move to other classes if it is convenient for the company to help save costs, requiring the tutor to fill in gaps in knowledge. - Sales pitching is more prevalent than actual teaching sometimes - No career development - No Bonuses or benefits - Systems in place are flawed, many things could be more efficient
