      flexible working hours, work remotely

      Cons

      - curriculum need to be revised. kids are not learning, copying codes from pdf - lessons are repetitive and unnecessarily long each course takes around 5 months (20-22 lessons) and each lesson is $40. - 4 kids in a class. disruptive, kids are not learning. feels like they are a company that focus more on profits than kids enrichment - low pay, tutors are paid $20 regardless of how many kids are in a lesson.

      They do prepare materials for you to teach, but they allow many students in one zoom lesson and do not really care about the learning.

      Cons

      Inexperienced management team, can’t handle problems diplomatically and professionally.
