There is not enough room to list all the cons. NO advancement, NO leadership, a sinking ship who has no idea which way is up. They are the most terrible, racist and blood sucking people in the world. They do nothing but run you out of gas and then leave you on the side of the road. Sales Management sleeps with all of the staff and then chooses flavor of the week instead of someone who can actually get the job done. Never have phones to ship, end up losing several deals. CEO is a BLIND leader who has no idea what is going on in his business. They didn't pay commission for over 2 years, other Managers are rude and do nothing but talk badly about everyone else in the company. But they are protected inside a little bubble that the competition is quickly popping. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Fair pay, credibitility in the marketplace is pretty good, freedom to set your own travel schedule.

Communication was poor and sometimes inaccurate, poor business climate reflected with poor treatment of employees.
