One round with the senior of the company and later the offer letter was sent, it was quick and simple, hassle free. Management is very good. No delays in onboarding
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cetis (Colorado Springs, CO) in Oct 2016
Interview
FYI My title has changed multiple times and the responsibility always changed, my duties always increased.
The interview was done by Robert Half (or OfficeTeam) employment services. In my case I was not truly interviewed, I was taken around the office and warehouse to meet various co-workers and then the same day I was told I was hired. The interview process was conducted by the VP of Sales, it was not anything to write home about and looking back on it they just needed a warm body and not anyone specifically qualified to do anything really.

Question 1
Where I grew up, where did I work before, I don't recall any others.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cetis in Feb 2011
Interview
All they did was ask stupid questions about things that didn't even pertain to your job. Asked you how to sell certain items, how to deal with irate customers. It was a waste of 2 months because they didn't provide any of the opportunities discussed in the interview. A personality quiz was sent from the HR outsourcing company they use, once that was passed there was an offer. The offer included a monthly commission plan but once the job is accepted, that went out the window.
