Pros
Management tries to integrate all departments and groups in One Cetera, but not successful. They encourage a very TOXIC environment full of rumors, close minded, discriminatory remarks towards diversity, unprofessional managers, untrained "professionals", assumptions of bad judgement (based on their own lives) of others just to create unsolicited situations between coworkers. CEO's talking about their employees (in a bad way) regardless of where they are or who's around. No respect towards privacy, coworkers, managers, advisors or institutions. Gossips are primary agenda first thing in the AM to end of your shift.... I am ashamed, disgusted, and disappointed on this company.
Cons
Untrained, not licensed, ignoramuses individuals placed in positions that they do not belong to. They give clients, advisors, representatives, etc., wrong information and procedures without even thinking on that person's best interest. They have no idea on how the industry is run outside their 4 walls or what to do to be compliant with Financial Regulations (which many of them can't even distinguished between accounts or what they even mean or are entitle to.... It is amazing to me how some of these people had gone and sat thru licensing training and failed numerous times, but not consequences had been applied to them for their failures. They continue with their same positions(which requires certain licenses) and implementing "Rules and Regulations" that they don't even know or shown they are capable of implementing them. Downright pathetic.... No Ethics or Morale in this company either. Just because one has worked at a company for years, doesn't give anyone the right to abused it. They feel so comfortable in doing wrong, just because they know "people", this behavior is as normal as drinking water... when they themselves are underachievers. Sneakiness, and thunder stealers in abundance starting from the very absent management....
