Pros
Good relationship with Management and Leads. PTO, Benefits, Remote Work and coming into the office once a week. A good job for a person who wants to start in the financial industry, so work for two years get your licenses and look for a high-paying job.
Cons
401(k) match only 2% no real one on one with management to ask where you wanna grow within the company. A continuing challenge with back office to process paperwork correctly sometimes resulting in escalations to leads or management, The cleaning firm, making changes and not really communicating with Cetera ‘s management and resource center is the last to know making it difficult to communicate with advisers on the changes. The technology they provide to the advisers nowhere near high-tech programs. The training process is a challenge. I believe you get eight weeks to learn systems and some procedures.
