      Very functional company with lovely staff

      Cons

      very poor pay and no travel time allowance. you are given 5 minutes to cover a 25-minute drive to very short visits.

      Pros

      Great to work for an employer that has such a positive community impact and seeing the innovative developments Cera is implementing for a sector as important as Social Care. Fast-paced and interesting projects and challenges to work on, no day is the same.

      Cons

      Changing priorities and U-turning on decisions can make work frustrating day to day.
