      Pros

      Great to work for an employer that has such a positive community impact and seeing the innovative developments Cera is implementing for a sector as important as Social Care. Fast-paced and interesting projects and challenges to work on, no day is the same.

      Cons

      Changing priorities and U-turning on decisions can make work frustrating day to day.

      Great exposure and learning, amazing people, the pace isn't for everyone

      From a support office perspective, fast-paced with significant stretch opportunities, lots of variety and ownership over work The people are wonderful: talented, collaborative, kind and conscientious - there is a genuine care to make a positive impact
