No communication or miscommunication, revolving door of staff and management, no respect, treated like a number instead of a person, never pay correctly then argue for weeks before giving you what you are owed. They had no business buying a Complex Care company and are basically running it into the ground with all the staff and the packages leaving, yet the blame for that is anywhere but on themselves. They have no idea what they are doing, force us to do training that is incorrect for our job roles, threaten us with disciplinary action when we don't want to move elsewhere.
