      Pros

      The mission and ethos of the business and the work they are doing to improve social care and reduce pressure on the NHS is something to be proud of as an employee. There is good opportunity for progression and many people you can learn from and work collaboratively with.

      Cons

      Can sometimes be stressful with conflicting priorities, often reactive and lots of last minute requests which can be hard to keep focus on objectives and goals.

      Pros

      Great to work for an employer that has such a positive community impact and seeing the innovative developments Cera is implementing for a sector as important as Social Care. Fast-paced and interesting projects and challenges to work on, no day is the same.

      Cons

      Changing priorities and U-turning on decisions can make work frustrating day to day.
