Company with highest quality of customer service, training level, support along the work.

Cons

Not contributing to MOT, a lot of driving involved, no bonuses, no benefits accept Blue Light card. A lot of training.

Pros

Great to work for an employer that has such a positive community impact and seeing the innovative developments Cera is implementing for a sector as important as Social Care. Fast-paced and interesting projects and challenges to work on, no day is the same.

Cons

Changing priorities and U-turning on decisions can make work frustrating day to day.
