      The clients are the only pros of the job

      Cons

      No life. Favour agency staff. Hound you to work and then take it off you. Bully the actual staff. Do not listen when raise concerns. Bullying in the office and bullying within the care staff.

      Great to work for an employer that has such a positive community impact and seeing the innovative developments Cera is implementing for a sector as important as Social Care. Fast-paced and interesting projects and challenges to work on, no day is the same.

      Cons

      Changing priorities and U-turning on decisions can make work frustrating day to day.
