Working at Cera has been great! The carers and branch teams are truly amazing at what they do, and my colleagues across the company are really supportive and great to work with. Everyone is motivated, working towards the same goal and there’s a lot of variety day to day, plus opportunities to get involved in new projects, which keeps things interesting. I really like being part of a company with a real mission, making a difference in people’s lives, it makes my job feel more meaningful and worthwhile.
